Quality assurance

eWork performs continuous needs analyses to identify the needs of our customers and to allow us to develop our service. As we do not employ our own consultants we can guarantee objectivity in the screening process, and help you find the right competence at the right price.

eWork always takes full responsibility for consultants working for you. You will have a professional and dedicated contact person who works with a team to help you find the right consultant for your project and who guarantees the quality of the entire service delivered by eWork.

eWork has an eight-stage quality assurance process and we also perform follow-ups with both the customer and consultant once the assignment is completed. We also check that all consultants have valid liability insurance and a tax return form for the self-employed.
